(Belgian 1871 –1956) From 1895 until 1914 Gaspar was a member of the Brussels’ section of the “Association Belge de Photographie, ABP” (Belgian Society of Photography). In 1901 he joins “L’Effort”, the Secessionist movement in Belgium.
